The guys working the counter were very friendly and helped my wife look at a few rings. After thinking about one of the rings a little more she wanted to go back and get the ring, but our schedule before leaving for the airport didnt match the hours they were open. I called them after arriving home and Darien and David helped me find the ring, sent photos and answered questions, and had it shipped out to me within an hour or two! Truly great service and we will definitely visit again next time we are back in Oceanside!

From the start, he was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided us through each step and made sure we understood what to expect along the way. While we did face some challenges—particularly with getting the prongs just right on my fiancé’s ring which took multiple adjustments over the course of nine months— Juan never gave up on making it perfect. Even when the ring had to be completely remade, he stayed committed and always treated us with care and respect. The dark room in the museum section is so cool. My parents have purchased quite a few pieces of jewelry from Gaumers, and its all beautiful. Seeing the store in person was really a treat. The jewelry is beautiful and reasonably priced. The women who worked there were friendly and attentive as well. I will be making it a point to stop in every time Im in Northern CA. Updated October 2023*- Gaumers is still just as lovely and has added a new room within the museum area, which is a must-see.
