Alex Hopkins Came in to have a ring I ordered online resized after I made a mistake measuring my size. Frank was very friendly and helpful, we worked out the correct size and was offered a perfectly reasonable price for the work. To top it off, less than an hour later their jewler had the ring reduced to the correct size with no visible solder joints or damage. I would definitley come back and would recomend them anyone in the area looking for repairs on their jewlery.

She helped me find a quality jade that fit within my budget and was super informative. I have never been met with such amazing and personalized service buying jewelry. This store surprisingly helped me find a brand-new one at a very fair price. They were really patient in providing me different options and communicate very timely in this process. When we asked if it’s possible yo het it brand new, they were able to find and order for me quickly. It is exactly the 31mm I want! Highly recommend if youre into watches — no need to wait, good service, and no hassle. Will definitely come back for my next watch.
