Rhonda Brau I have been with Troy for a year now thanks to my son seeking out a fiduciary and fee-only advisor. I live out of state so was reluctant to switch but found Troy to be up to date with my state’s laws. During our initial meeting Troy reviewed my portfolio and with much review and discussion over the following months, we are putting together a portfolio that I am comfortable with. Porsche Washington Kelli and Bri are like family to my husband Ron and I. I have gone through some rough times with car lots ripping me off and not being honest, but with these WONDERFUL ladies no matter how bad the situation looks they fix it and make things right for you. Kelli works hard to make sure you are comfortable with payments and she’s so easy to work with. She is so nice and patient. Sometimes I just call or stop by to say hello to these ladies. I absolutely LOVE this bank. I’ve been with them since 2019. I had ZERO credit, but now I’m way up there because of this bank and feeling really good about it. If you want to be at a bank where you are treated respectfully and given a chance to soar like me, AMERICAN LAKE CREDIT UNION is where it’s at.These wonderful ladies are at the Lakewood location. I live all the way on the other side of Tacoma but I still want to go there. Best Credit Union ever!!!!

Matthew Allen Bryan Colman has been my finacial advisor with First Command for the past 9 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I’ve received from him throughout all these years. I trust no one more when it comes to sound finacial advice than that of Bryan’s. The peace of mind I get knowing he wants to set me up for success is worth its weight in gold. Whenever I have a question regarding money, expenses, budgeting, etc, I know I can reach out to him for assistance. In the early years when working with him, he was one of the voice of guidance that helped level the bubble with my budget. This helped me realized how wasteful I’ve been with spending money.
