2 /5 Kendra Paronteau: The tellers were extremely rude and judgmental. The sign on their ATM clearly states it will be closed until Monday morning. Which was odd since it’s Monday afternoon. Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t look like someone who usually goes into a bank, but when the sign says your ATM machine is down, I wrongfully assumed to go inside and try to get it that way. I even started with I’m trying to pull money off my Walmart card” and normally I don’t go inside for people like this. Everyone began giggling making it seem like they get to turn their nose up just because I didn’t have their bank card. Definitely never getting an account with UniBank and won’t be recommending to anyone else either!
