1 /5 Suzanne Manville: August 2023- My husband (who had a car loan here) passed and this organization not only sarcastically questioned my statement to which I immediately provided a death certificate, but has continued to bungle an easy settlement on a total-loss accident for a car loan with the insurance agency. They even accused me of hiding the car when it was clearly totaled off-site by the insurance carrier. I’ve spoken to the loan officer and branch manager repeatedly time-out-of-my-day to try a clear things up on an issue that is legally NOT my responsibility. They are incompetent, beg the insurance agency to keep hounding me, and 8 months later continue to send bills to my dead husband. You decide if you want to do business with a company like this.
