1 /5 Madison Merrill: I like the bank manager Maria but the rest of the staff is terrible! I went in for a transaction I did not authorize online and the Asian lady told me I cannot fill out a paper for it being fraudulent. And only would returned not even half of my money. Well guess what today the transaction went through. One I never authorize or purchased anything. They do not do cash at all. Its only a branch for loans. A couple of months ago my account was totally drained from a hacker. Along with hundreds of other people in my area going through twinstar. They did return my money that time but blamed it on an "account error" when my account was drained from an Olympia area Bank of America. I was happy with them since 2013 but now their staff and service has gone way down hill!

5 /5 Chris Judd: After about a year of deliberating a switch from Chase to Twinstar, I finally mustered the courage to walk into the branch to open my account. I was greeted with friendly faces and "hellos" from everyone in the office. That is no exaggeration...EVERY employee said hello to me with a warm smile from the receptionist to the branch manager. I sat down with Irene and she took me through the process of opening my account. It was way quicker and much less painful than I had thought it would be. She answered my questions regarding direct deposit and walked me through the different ways I could utilize technology to make banking easy. Top notch customer service and all the options I need...Im a happy customer!
