1 /5 Nicole Morgan: This company has misrepresented my policy. The person sold me a term life policy, went into detail about everything covered, pricing and life of the policy. However was then sold an accident death policy. They have reviewed the call found them to have lied. Was told i would be reimbursed the policy and compensation for deceit. Now they refuse help, saying another manager was wrong again anf they cant help me that i have to go through fidelity life. My opinion would not go through a company that lies, admitting the lie and refusing to do anything about it.

4 /5 B Try: The agent exemplified the highest level of professionalism at all times during the sale. The information provided was clear enough for a third grader to understand. Apology the policy that was offered exceeded my expectations.
