When my husband and I went to the branch today, we were treated very well by our teller and the manager she asked to come and help us get things taken care of. TAYLOR ROICE Heres to the US Bank branch in CWU, and a huge thank-you to the US Bank associate named Lem. I experienced an online payment accounting error where I provided my checking account information but was charged from savings. No CWU employee in Student Accounts nor Cashiering could explain it nor hold themselves accountable, but Lem at this US branch went the extra mile and investigated the issue then resolved it. Glad to have a competent and attentive team up here in Ellensburg :D
