Gloria Mcrann I just wanna take a moment to say that I have been making payments for quite a few years now and my debt is finally paid off. I have been dealing with Mrs. Brown for the duration of my debt and she is one of the kindest, most caring, understanding, empathetic, compassionate person. So I just wanna thank her personally.

Nikki Flis Use Symetra as an agent. People I have spoken to in customer service are always very nice, but we can never get anything resolved. I keep getting the line, "We will call you back when problem is fixed." Two months later. . . Im still the only one making any phone calls so I can once again let someone know that my problem is not fixed.
