1 /5 Copenboro: This internet sucks so bad! Do not even bother with them unless you like getting disconnected every 20 minutes. Lost so many hours of work because this Internet is absolute GARBAGE. Want to watch an episode on hulu? Drops twice per episode. You spend more time resetting than you do watching tv. What a GD joke

5 /5 Allie Speziale: I think DCI is great. I have a line of internet at my moms in Cheney, my brother has one in Cheney, and my husband and I have one in Medical Lake. We all have the $99/1 gig plan. Anytime I have a question or a concern, I am responded to very quickly. There have been times that autopay didnt go through or the card needed to be changed and I was called and informed of this. Also, picking the right router makes a big difference in the speeds you will get at home. We did a lot of research and picked out inexpensive yet great routers and all get great download speeds.

1 /5 daryl snodgrass: You are the worst streaming company I ever had. We pay $100 a month for extra streaming and you keep lowering the bandwidth every night. I cant get through one episode without it refreshing. Every night between 11pm and 12pm it starts refreshing. Most nights it gives me an error symbol. Im the only one using this system at night with all phones turned off of the wifi and still it refreshes. Apparently you dont provide service that we pay for. You are history.

5 /5 Modica Jocelyn (Joce): I have zero issues with the company. Im able to run my security cameras, TV, 2 Nintendo switches, a PS5, and cell phones and laptop without hitting any hiccups or slowing. You get what you pay for and the people are always so nice.
