1 /5 Lauren Kottwitz: The actual teller here was very nice and patient and working as quickly as she could. The rough part was watching the guy at his desk do other work, and watching (apparently a manager) sneak upstairs by elevator instead of helping the solo teller. I was in line for 20 minutes. Maybe downstairs guy was finishing a loan or something, but Mr. Boss man cant deposit a check? Again, of they moved this branch into a reasonably-sized space, maybe they could afford to hire another *useful* employee.

2 /5 Gazelle Williams: I have never experienced a long wait. However, during a recent visit to change my PIN, the representative mispronounced my name upon introduction and continuedto mispronouncedmy name. Despite providing identification and a debit card associated with a substantial account balance, the representative inquired about my occupation and expressed surprise at my response. The representative then proceeded to offer unsolicited financial advice, recommending a Certificate of Deposit and investment consultation. I declined these suggestions, explaining that I already work with a financial advisor. Further inquiries included my credit card provider, which I identified as a Credit Union. Despite my evident frustration, the representative persisted. I then stated my age and asserted my financial management capabilities. The representative then asked about my phone number and email, despite having previously used them for communication. When asked why she needed this information, the representative requested a positive rating on a customer satisfaction survey. I declined to provide a positive rating, citing the representatives inability to fulfill a simple request and her apparent lack of attentiveness. I will be going to the Marysville Bank of America in the future. I will wait in line.

1 /5 Anakarina Lance: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in for simple name change and they wouldn’t help me. They told me to call support. So I call support and they tell me they’re going mail me a form letter that I have to fill out and send back and it will take 1-2 billing cycles (up to 60days !!!) to update my last name. Only after I ask if there’s another option do they say they can email me the letter form. What in the outdated heck is this process?!? At every other bank I can do this on the spot in person or I can send the request online. This is not the first time they’ve been unhelpful.

1 /5 Tyler B. Walior: I have a business account with this branch and Im going to cancel it and got to usbank down the street. They dont answer the phone, they have 2 tellers on staff. They cant print single checks they cant unlock cards, you cant withdraw more than 8k at a time. This bank is bad for business.

1 /5 Lauren Kottwitz: This ridiculous branch opens at 10 am and closes at 4 pm and is the only BOA in downtown Everett. They have three employees in a gigantic building that they are apparently comfortable spending a ridiculous amount of customer money on to pay rent and utilities. Here I thought banking hours are still a standard 9-5 but these guys only work a 6-hour day. Super convenient for your customers who work full time.
