Since we began using Country we have unfortunately had to file 3 separate claims. Each one was handled quickly and efficiently. Andy Every time and I mean every time I visit Timberland Bank, the people are really nice and treat me with respect. I mean, can you believe that? Who do they think they are?

Frank Fluharty Bank here if you only shop during business hours when you can actually get help when they randomly shut down your card. This is the 5th time my card has been shut down while shopping at Albertsons or super one, I didnt have enough cash to cover my groceries this time though, so I has to call in a friend to borrow some money until Monday when I go in and close my account. Never bank here if you need access to your money outside of 9am to 5pm.

Sean Locke Trutinas team is fantastic! When my spouse and I were faced with large bill from a doctors visit due to insurance coverage claiming a preventative visit was Out-of-Network (when the provider was deemed In-Network prior to our visit) the insurance attempted to charge us with a maximal balance. Trutina was so helpful in speaking with the company and fighting for us in the end to ensure we were not charged the balance. We are so grateful for their follow through and cant recommend their honest business practice enough. Thank You Trutina Team!
