5 /5 Peggy Shay: Tracy and her staff of caring, responsive agents are the best in the business. When I first asked Tracy to shop policies for me, she didn’t try to sell me a more expensive plan. Due to an accident on my record, she advised that the best course was to stay put for two years until the accident came off my record, then she would be able to find better rates. THAT’s what taking care of a client is all about.

1 /5 jco1104: I had Tracey help me find insurance in 2022 Very helpful until this year: I requested insurance on my new teen driver it took her a month to get me quotes, when I finally did get the quote it was $840 a month! Immediately I called around and found one for $420 which was more in my budget, I dropped the policy and I was charged in Addition to my regular $260 a month 499 for the month she was “price shopping” I never signed or agreed to this new quote in fact had she contacted me sooner I could have called around and got the information and coverage and saved money sooner . When I received the extra bill in addition to my normal payment I contacted her , she said she would look into it, never heard back from her even called her and nothing was ever resorted so I had to take it in my own hands and contact insurance commissioner. I never agreed to pay 840 a month and to be charged pro rated on that number is nuts, if she would have gotten back to me I would have shopped found a better rate and moved on ,but since she is not available to answer or get back to me I had to resort to leaving a one star . when I first found her she was very responsive and reliable.
