Joyce & Lee Our son has not received a monthly financial statement from CFS who pays his bills on a monthly basis. This missing paperwork could cause my sons housing grant to be terminated. It is my understanding the Social Security Administration requires Protective Payee Organizations to provide monthly payment information to their clients.

Nikoneus Neverwaz The customers experience that Mike and his team provide is top notch. The communication is amazing back-and-forth. Answering any in all questions that we could have. And they kept us up-to-date on the entire process throughout without having to ask or search for the information. The care that Mike and his team show make. You feel like you are the only customer. They are working with the time and tells you how important you are to them. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs help refinancing.

Eve Henrichsen We dont recommend this firm. We used them for about 5 years for our retirement accounts as a young couple starting out and we kept getting passed off to different financial planners. I guess they werent too interested in smaller accounts. I feel like we got burned by them because A.They were on Dave Ramseys recommended provider list (the reason we chose them) and didnt stick to his qualifications and ideals and B. They took 5% of all the money we put in at the beginning and then years later, suddenly decided they were going to take another annual percentage on top of that if we wanted to continue to get any actual personal management on our accounts and financial consulting. So basically, wed pay twice for the investments we had already put in. Good deal for them, bad deal for us. The investments were fine, but the service and cost of products are why I am giving a low rating.

Clint Troutman Leslie was fairly rude and dismissive and sent me a denial before answering my question about options which could have led to us still doing business. Take-away from the process for others looking for a land-loan. dont apply through NWFCS unless you have little to no debt. 36% debt to income maximum
