1 /5 Jacob Mcbride: Done with community financial man Ive had enough of the not answering calls when I have a question from time to time and the fact that my landlord didnt get my rent check this month thats the second time thats happened since 2022 and then on top of that whats left over is 162 that comes to me and that check didnt come this month either like it was supposed to Im done with the lies and the excuses Ive been dealing with this bullshit for the last few years and Im done with it.....ABSOLUTELY DONE!!!!!! I would not refer anyone to community financial so Im getting a new payee through security financial the lady I spoke with there was super friendly and extremely helpful at least now I know Ill be doin business with someone that actually does their job and cares about their clients BYE BYE community financial ✌️✌️✌️

1 /5 Mary Kay Sauls: If I could give a zero star I would. From day one this company, Barbara in particular, have done nothing but pay all of my bills late, not deliver my funds on time, and treated my colleagues and I with disrespect. I would never recommend them to anyone for any reason, I only use them because social security placed me there. I will be filing a formal complaint with social security tomorrow. Do not use their services if you can do anything to avoid it. They don’t return phone calls, Barbara is only available 2 hours a day, and they won’t let anyone else pick up your check, and their fees are never disclosed.

1 /5 Kim Miller: A good friend of mine used their services and asked me to go with her to ask for a statement of her account because they were not very nice to her. My friend is quiet and shy and doesn’t speak up for herself so I told her I would go with her. You have to wait outside with no awning or cover of any kind to get out of the weather. The gal that comes to the door won’t open the door so you do all of your business standing outside with everyone else listening to your business. When she asked for a statement the lady told her she would have to come back she didn’t have time to do it then. When I asked why didn’t they mail clients a statement every month she just said they don’t do that and that my friend wasn’t very bright (her words) we waited for about 40 minutes to get a statement from her, she was very rude and demeaning to my friend. The second time I went with her we were treated with the same rudeness as before. We waited again for her to print out her statement and she just passed it to us through the mail slot in the door. My friend pays Community Financial Services $600.00 a year to pay her 6 monthly bills. Needless to say I will be helping my friend to cancel this service today! I took her to the bank and she opened her a checking account (with NO monthly service fee and free checks) Monday morning she will go to SS to transfer her direct deposit and cancel her payee service. Nobody should be treated this way especially people with disabilities! I was appalled that this was going on. I watched this woman treat everyone there with the same disrespect and rudeness as my friend. This CFS office in Bremerton needs to do better!

2 /5 Joyce & Lee: Our son has not received a monthly financial statement from CFS who pays his bills on a monthly basis. This missing paperwork could cause my sons housing grant to be terminated. It is my understanding the Social Security Administration requires Protective Payee Organizations to provide monthly payment information to their clients.
