2 /5 Eve Henrichsen: We dont recommend this firm. We used them for about 5 years for our retirement accounts as a young couple starting out and we kept getting passed off to different financial planners. I guess they werent too interested in smaller accounts. I feel like we got burned by them because A.They were on Dave Ramseys recommended provider list (the reason we chose them) and didnt stick to his qualifications and ideals and B. They took 5% of all the money we put in at the beginning and then years later, suddenly decided they were going to take another annual percentage on top of that if we wanted to continue to get any actual personal management on our accounts and financial consulting. So basically, wed pay twice for the investments we had already put in. Good deal for them, bad deal for us. The investments were fine, but the service and cost of products are why I am giving a low rating.
