2 /5 HARVEY Hazen: At this point I am not a happy client. We have had appointments both my wife and I for over 3 months. Today when we arrived for the appointments the person sitting at the window doing checking had her mouth so full of food she could not talk for some time. She sat there looking at the computer turned and talked to somebody else and finally said you can see a different Dr.. an hour later. When I said both my wife and I have appointments she said oh even though I had said that previously. I said whats the problem to which she responded your Dr. isnt in today. We had gotten a reminder call a day ago which I asked why. She ten told me they had changed computer systems and everything had changed. When I inquired why we hadnt been notified she said it was to complicated. Not very professional.

1 /5 Paula Villarreal: The front office was professional and nice. The Medical Assistance were wonderful, too. However, Dr. Yoo didnt really listen to me. At one occasion he yelled at me and told me I was trying to tell him how to do his job......little man complex.....actually I was just telling him what my prior doctor had prescribed for my diabetes. I told him I was going to find another doctor. He wouldnt prescribe the insulin I was taking from my doctor in Olympia (before we moved) and put me on a new pill which....turned me hypoglycemic down to 53 on my meter. No bedside manner.

1 /5 Peter Jones: I tried having these people as my primary care location for three years. When I first signed up, they spent more time diagnosing me with depression than they did trying to get me on any kind of a physical checkup, then they told me they were going to run a bloodtest, then they didnt draw my blood. In three years, I have not actually gotten tested. In 2016, I had a gall bladder attack that put me in the emergency room. The ER would not refer me to a specialist, and told me I needed to go to my primary care physician. Well, Olympic Physicians here took three weeks to get me in the door for that referral, then never sent the referral. They did bill me for it, though. So I guess theres that. Lately, Ive been limping. My left ankle is in increasing pain, and I cant flex my foot. So I scheduled an appointment with my primary care physician - this time they wanted four weeks for me to see my PA-C (I have yet to see an actual physician at one of these clinics). I get in there, and my PA-C immediately manages to diagnose me with ankle pain. Thanks for that. Then he tells me I need an X-ray (also pretty obvious), then he tells me they dont have an X-ray, and refers me. To his credit, this time he actually sent the referral. However, he sent it to a place that does not accept my insurance, and I was told if I wanted an X-ray from this place that Id have to pay out-of-pocket. I returned back to Olympic Physicians--only to find that even the PA-C had left for the day, and that I was basically up a creek with no paddle. Thankfully, Id waited a whole month for that nothing to happen. Do not go to these people. They will do nothing, then bill you for that nothing, and youll have to go somewhere else anyways. Thats what happened to me.

1 /5 Joseph Jay: Doctors their could careless about there patients. Been see the same doctor for the last year about getting my asthma under control and just keeps prescribing the same expensive medication that Ive explained to him is to expensive. Then he refuses to put refills on my rescue inhaler be cause he stats Ive use it to often but the lack of having a regulatory inhaler is of no help ethier.

5 /5 Rosemary Bottai: This was a very friendly and professional experience. Dr Wesson diagnosed the problem and set up a comprehensive follow up program. In just 2 days there is significant improvement in a condition that 2 other doctors misdiagnosed. Definitely happy!
