R Morgan Bad experience at another bank today highlighted the good service I received from Wells Fargo in Anacortes. Excellent customer service especially considering we were helped by an employee who was not accustomed to this branch and had to find her way around to get the correct forms, etc. Its all about how you treat people.

I am retiring this year and he is taking me through the steps one at a time, willing to write letters, make calls and has even offered to go with me to the Social Security office!
