I’ve requested multiple times to be removed from their mailing list. I’ve clicked unsubscribe. I’ve replied. I’ve filled out contact forms. And despite all of that, they continue to ignore me and send unsolicited emails like its their right.
This isn’t just annoying — it’s a blatant violation of email marketing laws. So I’ve done what anyone in my position would do: I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I suggest others experiencing this do the same.
If this is how American Financial Solutions treats people who never asked to be contacted in the first place, it raises serious concerns about how they handle client information, privacy, and ethical standards.
You’ve lost any credibility, and now you’ve crossed a legal line. Stop the spam. Enough is enough.
