Jasmine H I originally called in with questions and confusion because of another branch but after talking to Adrian I had my loan transferred and I refinanced. Adrian is very knowledgeable, super friendly and answered all my questions. The branch manager is also helpful and explains everything top to bottom. The interest rates are extremely high but when your back is against the wall its worth it.

Tami Zanol Wenatchee branch is the best the tellers are friendly knows there jobs and are quick! Karen in New accounts is friendly quick to help you and listen to your needs and always has the right words and ideas to help guide you in the right direction!

Ariana Smith I read a lot of bad reviews, which I expected, its a collections company. But, a money hungry business refused to take payments from me and wanted what I owed them in full. I told them I couldnt do that, ever. So they sent me to small claims, for payment in full, AFTER they sold my bill. WWCB was very, VERY kind to me when I called and asked if I could make payments with them, a halt the small claims. Theyve been working with me for months now, and I am so thankful to them. Had they not been willing to help me I dont know where my family and I would be financially, in the ditch, most likely. Thank you guys!
