A special thanks to the individual who made it happen purposely on Christmas. I know you probably needed your bonus for your christmas. Yes you caused a little discomfort, fortunately for me and my family Christmas is much more than money. It is in our hearts which you can not touch :) obviously, it is not in yours (you could have waited till the next check). Thank you for getting this debt out of the way. Had I ever made the kind of money needed to pay extra that you demand it would have been taken care of long before it became so extravagant, but then you couldnt cause people discomfort and enjoy your christmas. 5 /5 Ariana Smith: I read a lot of bad reviews, which I expected, its a collections company. But, a money hungry business refused to take payments from me and wanted what I owed them in full. I told them I couldnt do that, ever. So they sent me to small claims, for payment in full, AFTER they sold my bill. WWCB was very, VERY kind to me when I called and asked if I could make payments with them, a halt the small claims. Theyve been working with me for months now, and I am so thankful to them. Had they not been willing to help me I dont know where my family and I would be financially, in the ditch, most likely. Thank you guys!

1 /5 Heidi Dobbs: I only had a $50 bill from them and talked to a lady yesterday and called today to pay, both ladies for no reason were extremely rude and all I was trying to do was figure out how it worked because I had never had a bill from them. Guess that’s just policy now to be rude.

1 /5 Jeanie Montgomery-Neil: They sent me a letter for bill that I supposedly had from 2001! Why did they wait 20 years to get in touch with me? I do believe its so they can quadruple your bill. I havent been hiding, Ive lived in this area for over 50 years. I called them to see why & if it was even my bill? They said yes. That i had made one payment in 2001. I sent them a letter after he told me they were going to put on lien on my home! This is just wrong- I told him I would rather go to court so I could explain to the judge that it took them 20 years to get in touch with me!
