5 /5 Jose Jesus Balam Bacab: The Tellers of Todays 8/15/23 were Amazing , starting with Teresa , and Two other Friendly Faces , thank you guys , I know I have said how Miserable Some faces are in these Branch, so I feel Obligated to say how Satisfied I am Today :).
1 /5 Eric Vician: Took approximately 443 days to access and close my deceased fathers account to gain the funds to help pay for his surviving wifes medical bills! She has dementia and thats very expensive. This ridiculous Key Bank process included two trips from me in person (from my Florida residence to the island, one per calendar year) and Key Bank making me hire an attorney three times and spend 25% of the accounts value to access it, despite me having every Power of Attorney paper they needed. The absolute most unprofessional experience of my life. No other bank or company made me jump through these hoops after losing my dad, a 30-year Air Force Veteran. Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other bank. Absolutely unacceptable.
