1 /5 Freak: Started an account with these guys in 2003. As of late, they hound you for an annual review of your account. We finally get everyone’s schedules together, conduct the review, and the plan never comes to fruition. 20 years later, we try to cash in on those accounts, and we can’t get them to return our calls. We’ve had three deaths in the family, all Father’s, one of them my wife’s Dad. We need access to our funds, and for as often as they harassed us to come in for a review, we can’t get them to return our calls/emails. So, I contacted their HQ and they offered to switch advisers AND office locations because they told us that sticking with the same office, we’ll likely continue to receive the same treatment. This their corporate office telling us this.
Run, don’t walk, away from this bank. All of they really do is push insurance. Especially avoid the Lakewood, WA office. Snakes. They smile and put up a good front, but keep you at arms distance when you really need to access your funds.
