3 /5 C H: Nice facility. Wish the customer service can match. we stopped by this branch because we were in the area. Turns out this was the worst service we’ve experienced at any WaFed branches. There was no customer waiting at the time. But I had to wait a good 10+ minutes to be served. And their computer was running very slow. The cashier was not courteous; unlike other branches.

1 /5 William Damon: Entered bank. Nobody behind counter. I waited. Woman employee on phone right in front of me. Some guy in another office. I stood there. Nothing. No acknowledgment. No action on their part. So I left. Pitiful.

I recommend them to my clients that I set up, review, and train one-on-one in QuickBooks and Quicken in Everett, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, and South Snohomish County. Why? Because unlike US Bank, they allow free downloads into both of those software packages. And their statements are easy to read.
