Natasha Martens Long before I became an employee Ive been a client. My husband and I are business clients as well as individual tax clients and have been for well over 14 years. The great staff, services offered and attention to detail at this business provide full service accounting support from payroll, to taxes, bookkeeping and planning. With a specialty in helping small businesses like ours we have felt supported and confident in the services we receive. We couldnt be happier with Inspire Advisors.

Kevin Parsons Classes were okay, but no one, NO ONE answers their phones. I mean, for months, I could not get in contact with Financial Aid via phone or email. It took a complaint straight to the dean to finally get a call back. They almost screwed me out of thousands of dollars. My counselor or "student success coach" or whatever they call them, ghosted my phone calls and emails for 2 months. When I finally needed to urgently get in contact, I called the front desk and sure enough shes sitting in her cubicle and I get a phone call. Good school to get a degree, but you better pray you dont need any assistance from the offices.

Eve Henrichsen We dont recommend this firm. We used them for about 5 years for our retirement accounts as a young couple starting out and we kept getting passed off to different financial planners. I guess they werent too interested in smaller accounts. I feel like we got burned by them because A.They were on Dave Ramseys recommended provider list (the reason we chose them) and didnt stick to his qualifications and ideals and B. They took 5% of all the money we put in at the beginning and then years later, suddenly decided they were going to take another annual percentage on top of that if we wanted to continue to get any actual personal management on our accounts and financial consulting. So basically, wed pay twice for the investments we had already put in. Good deal for them, bad deal for us. The investments were fine, but the service and cost of products are why I am giving a low rating.
