5 /5 Marina A: Excellent service and assistance. Rakia was very friendly and professional!! Recently I applied for a credit card and received it. After using the card online, it was locked. I called to customer service and tried to reactivate the card but they couldn’t do anything over the phone. So I went to this office and Rakia solved the problem without waiting time. Thank you so much for your assistance!!

She is kind, friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make every interaction feel warm and welcoming. She treated my grandma and me like old friends, making our visit not just efficient but genuinely pleasant. The entire team here, from the knowledgeable tellers to the friendly greeter at the door, creates such a positive atmosphere. 1 /5 Shane Marcell: I went to exchange in a torn 100$ bill. The teller informed me I have to be a customer. I asked what I can do and she got real Rude. Then the Manager came over and was equally rude. I know we live in Everett but come on you dont have to act like everyones a bank robber or homeless person. Their parking lots a mess with ciggarett butts dying bushes and used needles too. Ill never bank here ever again.
