5 /5 Deb: VERY impressed with ALL help and ASSISTANCE from Jared! Maybe we need to change the saying of--"Johnny-on-the-spot" to "Jareds GOT THIS!"..WHAT EVER this happens to be!" Absolutely, you, as a company/corporation would be wise to do whatever it takes to keep a team-member such as, Jared, gainfully and happily employed.
His customer service is OFF the CHART! "How can I make your day," isnt spoken, but executed, expertly! And MOST IMPORTANTLY I have never sensed his ASSISTANCE has been for any personal gain or accolade.
I had to seek out a way to warn you, if you do not already know, that you have employed an incredible asset to your company, who will need to be challenged and rewarded appropriately.

If I had a company that was worthy of Jareds expertise, and the funding to match, I WOULD be concerned with someone else, or another company, stealing him from me.
Finally, he was humbled when I asked about another branch being opened in the Portland Metro area, and then suggesting that his name be significantly a large part of that facility--like the head-guy. Really sense he could handle it, and would be a leader his fellow team members could and would respect and enjoy working beside.
My credentials to make such claims? Teacher in the United States of America school systems, primarily in Oregon; 4 years in Idaho, as well as abroad for a season, for the last 25+ years.
