1 /5 Brian Legge: Don’t bank with Cascade Federal Credit Union! I’ve been a member for 27 years and have recently had the worst banking experience in my life. They charged me $90 for non sufficient funds in a transaction I didn’t authorize. Every bank I’ve ever dealt with in the past knew how to handle fraud. Cascade Federal Credit Union went with extortion instead of trying to help me. I was threatened that if I didn’t repay the $90 that was stolen from me they would ruin my credit with ChexSystems so I couldn’t get a checking account anywhere else.

5 /5 Sra. Chula: I have been with CFCU for 30 yrs, and will never leave. I opened my first account when I was 17 and now my adult kids and mama all have accounts. When we decided to open a business, of course we had to see Tara. Tara made the process so smooth and stress free. Then when it was time to get my husbands dream truck, she was with us the whole way. She was even available via phone the 6 hours we sat at the dealership!! I absolutely love going into the Tacoma branch and being welcomed by Tara and the amazing team. She truly enjoys her work and is always willing to help out. Thank you Tara for being a huge part of our success. Tara Shovan is my person!— Kali C.

5 /5 John Chamberlain: I dont know why this organization doesnt have a higher star rating. I have done business with them since 1999. No problems thus far. I believe it is a great place to bank, no frills just good old-fashioned customer service, low fees to boot. The interest rates could be higher, as stated before they didnt get this far by being large or taking risks. I can respect that, and am happy that is the case. Great job Cascade Federal crew!!!

5 /5 Mikayla Williams: The best credit union!! My dad has been with them since before I was born. I have very fond memories coming here and getting some hard candies from the little bowls they used to have. It’s always a pleasure speaking with the tellers. :)

1 /5 Vasili Varlamos: I have had a horrible experience with this bank. My debit card was cancelled due to a fraud report and I had to order a new card. I was told that it would come in about 7-10 business days and after 10 days, they continued to tell me to wait. Fast forward to day 17, still no card. Now they are making me have to pay an extra $25 dollars in order to buy a new card with expedited shipping because I am a college student that needs access to money for groceries. If you want fast and reliable service, find a new bank, because my situation and this bank in general is ridiculous.
