5 /5 Joseph Zadrozny: Very friendly, I highly recommend this bank! I use to go to US bank, however US bank did not make me feel like a valuable customer the way WaFD bank makes me feel. No matter who you are, this bank will make you feel like a top priority customer.

They were so pleasant to work with and help me find which accounts worked best for my needs and gave me additional information for future needs I might want. Frank Fluharty Bank here if you only shop during business hours when you can actually get help when they randomly shut down your card. This is the 5th time my card has been shut down while shopping at Albertsons or super one, I didnt have enough cash to cover my groceries this time though, so I has to call in a friend to borrow some money until Monday when I go in and close my account. Never bank here if you need access to your money outside of 9am to 5pm.

Chris Corvair Phone support sucks. They dont speak proper english. Told me the call center was based in New York. Lie. It is somewhere overseas.
Waited on hold for 20 minutes only to be told the computer isnt working. Then had to wait on hold another 20 minutes. This place is a joke with clowns for customer service. Go to Bank Of America or Chase bank where you get real english speakers not clowns who cant pronounce english properly.
