3 /5 Cheryl Allison: I have had a few problems with the Hoquiam branch but I stayed because the good outweighed the bad. However, when I went to the Aberdeen ( Broadway) Branch I was drawing out $1500 from my CD early. Presley had the absolute nerve to ask me why I was taking my own money from my account. She said " if you dont mind; why are you taking this money out." I was taken back but all I could think to say is it was personal. After I finished my transaction, I thought" its none of your business and YES I do mind!! I didnt want to cause a scene or anything so I just left. That was SO tacky and unprofessional. She is a supervisor for Gods sake!

1 /5 Jacob Sills: The workers are kind but the bank itself is unreliable this morning my card no longer worked and I just got this card its new not damaged and i cant even pull money out the atm I work late nights and the app and cards declining saying I have no funds when I have more than 100 in the bank is rather frustrating the only reason Im not leaving this bank is because its so close and i have no time to find another but its screwed me over so much today I just want to use my money fix your app fix your cards Im staring at money I cant use and its the most enraging feeling when you wait 2 hours for food and your card declines even tho I have money in the bank fix it!! FIX YOUR APP the workers at the bank always kind and respectful but the app is garbage its an inconvenience and its embarrassing no matter what I did no matter how much money I transfered to my card I couldnt by a couple cheap sandwiches do you know how much it sucks to have enough money and still get a declined card that I just got replaced
