Evas dedication and professionalism stood out as she worked tirelessly to help me apply for a mortgage, even with the challenge of it being so close to closing time. Her efficiency and client-focused approach made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. A special shoutout to Tinder as well, who is going above and beyond by working over the weekend to get the papers submitted. Their commitment to ensuring everything was completed on time speaks volumes about their work ethic and care for their clients. I deeply appreciate the teamwork, hard work, and support from both Eva and Tinder Blue. They turned what felt like an impossible task into a smooth and successful experience. 1 /5 Erin Marisa: I have resorted to this path of reviews to try and get some resemblance of customer service from this institution. I recently paid off 2 loans with KCU. One being a vehicle loan. The title department sent the title to an old outdated address. They then told me it was on me, I would have to do the leg work to figure out this frustrating situation. I have since sent multiple emails for further resolution and have been ghosted. Not even the CEO of the company would reply. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. This goes to show that once they have their money, human decency means nothing. I followed the rules, paid on time, and fulfilled my obligation. I have never in all my years been so disappointed in a business.

1 /5 P F: Im switching credit unions entirely this week because of the abysmal service I have received from KCU for the last 5 years Ive lived in the county. I have to consistently call in to member services in order to have my app restarted from their side because of consistent issues. Also their hold times for making funds available when you make a deposit is longer than other credit unions in the area, so good luck using your check from Friday over the weekend when it wont even populate in your account until Tuesday. Edit: I wont be contacting you further, as this was not a unique or isolated incident. You have endless reviews of your mobile app not working amongst other issues. I called today to see why my funds were not available and my call was not escalated and the wait was 20 people long. I was told that "this long of a hold" on $600 is normal for KCU. Question: What do YOU eat over the weekend when your money is in your account, but not available to you due to KCUs end of things? Get real.
