John Carter I have had 2 commercial vehicles financed with them for the past 1-1/2 years; my dealings with them have always been friendly, business-like, and they have bent over backwards to help me out of a tough spot when my tractor broke down 1,800 miles from home (moving my tractor payment to the end of my contract so I could pay for repairs). I would recommend Green Truck to anyone who knows how to run a business, and has a "payment ethic" -- if you dont, then dont get upset when you dont make your payments on time and they repossess your truck. As for me, though, I would not hesitate to finance another vehicle with them and I am very happy with them. **To refute Amrit Brars review -- yes, they do require you to purchase the TruNorth extended warranty -- which is tailored to each vehicle (it has various levels -- mine covers engine, transmission, rear ends, turbocharger system and entire EATS/ DEF/ DOC/ DEF system). And it can be a God-send; My first breakdown, a few months ago, would have cost me over $1,500 -- but it was covered by this warranty and all I paid was the $300 deductible. My current breakdown is much more serious, and I dont have the final numbers -- but most likely I will pay nothing more than the $300 deductible, even after having the DPF baked, turbo, turbo actuator, EGR and most EATS system sensors replaced. This repair would have been from $6,000 to $10,000 without the warranty -- and would have put me out of business. But, again, it saved my butt -- and I am VERY thankful that Green Truck required me to buy the warranty.

Troy D People are welcome to hate collection agencies, but seriously Evergreen is as good as they get. They will work with you on payment plans, offer reduced prices when paying in full, and they follow the rules about aggressive collection tactics. If you owe money, dont be angry when someone contacts you for payment. Evergreen does NOT purchase debt, they collect on behalf of their clients, Being upset at the agency is basically punishing the messenger, but thats why the industry exists. PJ R’man We have moved ALL our accounts--brokerage, retirement, HSA--to Schwab in the last few years. Most recently, we moved a brokerage account from E*Trade/Morgan Stanley. ETrade/MS was impossibly frustrating and has taken TWO WEEKS to give me my money (still pending) and charged two very large fees while they were at it, one from our existing account AND one from our NEW account with Schwab. Why two fees? Im sure ETrade/Morgan Stanley splits them in order to hide them since I only found them among the downloaded transactions I happened to capture before they locked me out and the description on one of them was just "Brokerage to brokerage fund transfer." NOT COOL. I called Schwab for help in figuring out what the other firm was doing and if it was really legal, and Schwab REFUNDED BOTH FEES to us! Amazing. Schwab has real people to help us by phone 24 hours a day, every day of the year--REAL HUMANS. They are extremely helpful and, dare I say, show compassion and ethics. What a concept. I cant say the same for ETrade / Morgan Stanley. So, to recap: I highly recommend Schwab and DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER E*Trade NOR MORGAN STANLEY for your money!
