Linn Stigall This place is amazing, no matter what idiot customers that didnt get what they want post on here. I have been going to this EzPawn for years, their customer service skills are marquee. The staff have always been very knowledgeable and accomidating. Some people just like to write negative things to make themselves feel big. I highly recommend this business. Happy new year!

Brandon L I keep getting calls and voice mail from this company, I have asked to have my number removed several times and they acknowledge that I have no account with them or that my number is in their system yet they continue to call. They can easily transfer me to their ITs to address the issue as they can place a block on my number but wont do it. I have blocked several different numbers that all return to this company with no end in site. Its OK for them to frustrate me with the continued calls, but when the tables turn and I spam them non stop they wont talk to me and hang up, why is it OK for them to do but not me? All of the managers there are worthless and refuse to escalate the issue any further than themselves.

Gail Lengel I spoke with the owner (forgot his name ) about Lower car insurance and homeowners rates. He went over my policies and advised that it would be better to stay with my existing company. I was very impressed with his courtesy and taking time to explain the latest insurance rate costs and reasons. I did not change from my existing company.
