Dior Ella More Interest-ing Than Your Typical Bank! If you think all financial institutions are the same, you havent been to this credit union! Let me tell you, this place puts the fun in funds. I came in expecting the usual yawn-fest and based off of Google review and boy was I wrong. From the moment I stepped through the door, it was clear they’re not just saving accounts, pun intended! They’re saving me from the mediocrity of banking. Chase greeted us. She’s more delightful than a 0% interest rate [and trust me, that’s saying something!]. Every transaction was smoother than a freshly printed bill. Let’s just say, they didn’t just check the boxes, they cashed them in with flair! If you’re not banking here, you’re missing out on INTERESTing times. Five stars? Please. They deserve ten…compounded annually. Brianna OKeefe Below was my original review....and while that review was true at the time it seem like they only care about NEW clients. I have been trying to get a hold of this branch for 2 months now with no answer back, I even went through the corporate office which sent a request for call back TWO WEEKS ago. Nothing. Once they get you to sign on the dotted line, they DO NOT CARE. I bet if I didnt make my payment they would care enough to call back. Getting the loan was quick and easy, everyone in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast to work with. When I called with a question, they were so nice and got back to me the same day like they said. I would recommend them if you are in a difficult spot to try them out!
