Three years before I retired I reached out to Jim and Linda for advice. They came out to meet with me and were just so amazing on what my options were. No pressure just a relaxing conversation on what I needed to live on and they brought up things I never even thought of. The personal service they provide is so nice....its more like hanging out with good friends rather than dealing with a huge corporation. December Winter Absolutely love this company and its employees. My wife and I have been using this company for over 5 years now and have nothing but great things to say about this organization. We recently referred some good friends of ours and they were so impressed they bought us dinner, as a thank you. We do not tend to trust a lot of folks with are taxes but Northwest Financial Services is extermly trustworthy. They are so terrific. We love their prices and the piece of mind we get knowing it will be done right the first time. We used to visit them at there office but with everything going on they told us they could do them remotely if we wanted or we could still come in. They left it up to us, we were shocked. We like how they didnt and dont force anything upon us. Honestly we miss going into the office, the friendly hellos, the smiling faces, the one on one interaction. If you are looking for the home town feeling, that personal experience involvement then you found the right place. Thank you so much Northwest Financial Services, please keep up the great work!

Jag Dude This is by far the most useless post office I’ve ever been to. The place IS neat and clean so kudos for that but if you don’t have your mail or package ready for them to just receive it and start their process you might as well go home and start over. Or go to UPS store or some place like that. This PO will not print you a shipping label. They will not let you use their tape to attach YOUR shipping label to your package and they will reluctantly let you use their pen for YOU to address your own package. BUT, they will gladly take tape donations! Seriously?! If they can’t do anything to help a customer they might as well just shut that place down and make it a drop box. Drop boxes don’t need a staff to run them and this PO has a staff that don’t help so what’s the difference.
