Brianna OKeefe Below was my original review....and while that review was true at the time it seem like they only care about NEW clients. I have been trying to get a hold of this branch for 2 months now with no answer back, I even went through the corporate office which sent a request for call back TWO WEEKS ago. Nothing. Once they get you to sign on the dotted line, they DO NOT CARE. I bet if I didnt make my payment they would care enough to call back. Getting the loan was quick and easy, everyone in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast to work with. When I called with a question, they were so nice and got back to me the same day like they said. I would recommend them if you are in a difficult spot to try them out!

Mrk Snchz Communication is excellent. We used another firm & really didnt know why they did & didnt do certain things. Not the case here. We knew exactly why we couldnt use money put into a certain investment as a write-off. While that really stinks, at least we understood why. More importantly, he explained what we needed to do with it for next years taxes to get the biggest return. And he was less expensive than the firm we used the year prior

Barbara Codjoe I first met Shipley as he was going door to door in our neighborhood. I admired his determination and grit. He was also very personable and easy to talk to. I gave him a chance about 3 or 4 months later. Id never worked with an advisor before. He made the process so easy and spoke so I could understand it all. And then we met his branch administrator, Mark. These two are a GREAT team. Shipleys energy is only matched by Mark. They make you feel like you matter and truly want to get to know you. We moved halfway across the country and I will not change my advisors. We still work with them living two time zones away. I would recommend to any one of them. Not only are they great people, they have truly helped to secure my financial future.
