I walked in there stressed out of my mind with a check from my grandparents, long story short I needed it broken into money orders to make all the crazy stuff I had to do possible and Tai really stepped up to the plate to help me. I was nervous and stressed and he kept the conversation light hearted and fun which eased my worry. He helped me complete everything I needed to have done. Not only did he help me get things squared away on Columbias end, but he also waited on call for clarification from the other bank I was dealing with and when they didnt call HE CALLED ME to follow up and make sure everything was okay. I experienced an online payment accounting error where I provided my checking account information but was charged from savings. No CWU employee in Student Accounts nor Cashiering could explain it nor hold themselves accountable, but Lem at this US branch went the extra mile and investigated the issue then resolved it.
