When my spouse and I were faced with large bill from a doctors visit due to insurance coverage claiming a preventative visit was Out-of-Network (when the provider was deemed In-Network prior to our visit) the insurance attempted to charge us with a maximal balance. Trutina was so helpful in speaking with the company and fighting for us in the end to ensure we were not charged the balance. Mrk Snchz Communication is excellent. We used another firm & really didnt know why they did & didnt do certain things. Not the case here. We knew exactly why we couldnt use money put into a certain investment as a write-off. While that really stinks, at least we understood why. More importantly, he explained what we needed to do with it for next years taxes to get the biggest return. And he was less expensive than the firm we used the year prior
