Eve Henrichsen We dont recommend this firm. We used them for about 5 years for our retirement accounts as a young couple starting out and we kept getting passed off to different financial planners. I guess they werent too interested in smaller accounts. I feel like we got burned by them because A.They were on Dave Ramseys recommended provider list (the reason we chose them) and didnt stick to his qualifications and ideals and B. They took 5% of all the money we put in at the beginning and then years later, suddenly decided they were going to take another annual percentage on top of that if we wanted to continue to get any actual personal management on our accounts and financial consulting. So basically, wed pay twice for the investments we had already put in. Good deal for them, bad deal for us. The investments were fine, but the service and cost of products are why I am giving a low rating.

R Morgan Bad experience at another bank today highlighted the good service I received from Wells Fargo in Anacortes. Excellent customer service especially considering we were helped by an employee who was not accustomed to this branch and had to find her way around to get the correct forms, etc. Its all about how you treat people.

Talesh Patel Kevin and Janet were awesome in assisting me in choosing an insurance plan on my new car. I first went to them for Renters Insurance since they had the most coverage for the best monthly cost, and then down the line for the new Subaru last month. Kevin set up a plan that gave me full coverage, and was still affordable for a college student! Highly recommend visiting Allstate over Cheneys other insurers!

Their fees are very low, they promote the classic "own the entire market inexpensively with index funds" philosophy that has been scientifically proven, its a fiduciary relationship and they never try to sell me anything. Theyre good people. We communicate frequently, they help us with important decisions, and I sleep well at night because I never have to worry about money. The service is excellent. Were very happy."
