1 /5 Jenna Rose: incapable of helping you unless you go in person, not convenient for someone working two jobs. i had an associate tell me they purposely have you talk to an automated service and the only way to get things done is in person. this week alone i’ve spent 3 hours getting one task done. BoA is definitely not for the working class.

3 /5 Jeremiah Engels Ramsey: In downtown Bellingham, and there is a parking garage for customers. Inconsistent service; some are very nice; others are quite rude. Usually the wait isnt too late. BoAs banking app is useful.

5 /5 Gaby Penfield: Marguerite and Yvonne were incredible in helping me with a stressful banking situation. Not only did they help but they were calming, warm and kind. I felt like I was in the best hands, and the situation all worked out for the best. I am so grateful to them and will highly recommend this branch to anyone!!

5 /5 Tanya Brooks: Nav Hunjan is the best B of A associate in every way, with multiple issues and transactions in all the 40 yrs Ive been with bofa. He is intellefent, kind, respectful and very helpful. I can see him as a bank president someday.

1 /5 T Baker: Went in to update permanent resident status with I-551 stamp and immigrant visa which serve as evidence of permanent residency until the physical green card is produced (90-120 days). They wouldnt accept this documentation despite it being a List A document. Showed evidence from USCIS that this document proves status, but Nav and Cassidy insisted it couldnt be done. To make matters worse, Cassidy was unprofessional, cold, and insisted we sign the W8 Ben form which declares that we are non residents and had the old, incorrect address on it. We clearly explained that we are residents and would be misrepresenting ourselves to sign the W8 stating otherwise. She threatened to close the account if we did not sign it, stating that is the only way they can add a SSN to the account as the I-551 does not prove PR status. It is upsetting to be threatened and forced to sign a form that we know to be false. I spoke to the Bank of America customer service online to file a complaint and to make it known and documented that we had been threatened with account closure by not signing this form. The online representative noted this interaction for our protection. Nav Hunjan was friendly and tried to help, ultimately saying he would escalate this to Tyler to get the status updated. I do hope Tyler can make this simple account update happen for us
