Ben Riffey I worked with Grace on refinancing my car-- I had a really great rate with WSECU to begin with, but we were able to lower it further. Both with the refi and the initial loan, everyone I worked with took the time to explain things to a first-timer. Today, I was confused by some of the paperwork I got on the refi (basically I didnt understand how the interest was presented, my bad), and despite panicking a bit, Grace very kindly explained how the structure worked when I came back in with questions. Ceeasia32 They are professional, on time with appointments. Taxes done in about 30min. Prices have gone up but ranges between $70-$100 for service. I was over charged this year. They say they have the right to charge extra for services but I didn’t have any. Last year I paid $60 this year I was charged $100, When posted new price was $70 with 4 W2, we had 3. I didn’t ask because what goes around comes around.

The owner, Mark treated me and my case with compassion and understanding then ultimately, forgave it. These companies get a bad rap and Im here to say, they are not all the same. "The right thing to do is always the right thing to do" is a quote that was said to me and I will keep that with me always. Super grateful.
