1 /5 Donovan Walker: 2025 - They did it again, with the SAME persons taxes. When I called up, rather frustrated, to figure out how they could be doing that Robert (I presume the owner) slammed the phone down on me. I called again and the secretary answered, I explained and she slammed the phone down on me as well. 2024 - They started spamming me about 6 months ago with invoices for someone else. I tried contacting them via email and phone multiple times. No response. They continue to send me other people’s home addresses, and won’t return my messages. Would you trust them with your money if they can’t even keep their own stuff working and respect their current customer’s privacy? Edit: In response to this review I finally get a message. And they say “you have a common name” what are they doing, just guessing people’s email addresses? Come-on.

Filing my taxes is completely stress free and Im happy everytime I walk out the door. The location of D2 Financial is also easily accessible and the vibe has been professional yet relaxed.
