I am always prepared with what I want going in and they always take their delivery a step further to accomplish my goals. Most recently, I needed to utilize shared branching for a large transaction and experienced some issues on the receiving CUs end. After a few phone calls and another trip back to CFCU, I got ahold of Margaret, from the Westbow branch. I tell you, Margaret was an absolute gem and really went the extra 10 miles to deliver.
