Howie was so great to work with - he quarterbacked our property purchase since our realtor was not very engaged or helpful. We couldn’t have done this without him, and wouldn’t have wanted to. Howie stepped up to make sure we closed *incredibly* quickly, ensured we moved fast but still took time to explore all options and explain them to us. When issues arose, he was available to talk us through them and solution with us. We also got much more competitive rates with Howie than we would have with our credit union. All around, I highly recommend him !

The staff at the federal way branch gives you a feeling of a friendly neighbor. Always greet me by name with a genuine smile. My banking needs are always taken with ia professional approach. A speedy business transaction when I’m in a hurry or a casual conversation when I’m not in a hurry. Cameron and our bank teller are exceptional! Thank I WaFed for putting your customers first!!

Dean Uriarte Merrill Lynch is a terrible company. I am unable to access my account but all attempts to contact Merrill Lynch are futile. If you call “customer service “ you just go info an infinite hold que. Even though a recording tells you “the average hold time is X, it’s a lie, no one ever answers the phone. The recording will also tell you that they can call you back when it’s your turn. Also a lie. You cannot get help. This is a terrible company.

Lauren Purvis The student advisors and other staff are super helpful when things get complicated. I was having a problem with MyCAA website being down, and the staff helped me getting everything I needed prepped and ready to go for when it came back up to create my voucher and pay my tuition. If one of them isnt sure they dont just tell you "I dont know" they try and find someone who would know which is something I love. They dont just leave you lost and confused. Erin was my student advisor who helped build my plan and everything and I loved her shes super sweet and fun!

Mrk Snchz Communication is excellent. We used another firm & really didnt know why they did & didnt do certain things. Not the case here. We knew exactly why we couldnt use money put into a certain investment as a write-off. While that really stinks, at least we understood why. More importantly, he explained what we needed to do with it for next years taxes to get the biggest return. And he was less expensive than the firm we used the year prior
