I was doing my due diligence and had them in my top 3 when I was returning to all 3 for one last check before making my decision. It was at this juncture that Shannon won me over with her professional, courteous and honest approach. I don’t like insurance companies - car and medical!! But I have to say in EVERY interaction that I’ve had with Shannon since it’s been nothing short of her doing something to make it work for you. She loves her job - you can tell she loves her job and best of all she is bloody good at her job and id recommend her to absolutely anybody looking for insurance. In less than an hour, she helped me cancel my current insurance, (I’m receiving back my premium from my previous insurance), locked in renters insurance, walked me thru each and every item on my insurance to nicely explain what each of them do for me, why I should have them, AND still saved me $57 a month!!! 5 /5 Scott Lobdell: Today I spoke to Shannon from the Kennewick office. Not expecting to switch from Allstate who Ive had since 2017, speaking with Shannon she saved me so much money and got me more coverage. I had just called to get some information and now I am a State Farm client. I had just started a new policy with allstate, them saying "oh we got you such a great deal on the 3 vehicles fully covered." Yeah right, Shannon was able to get me even more coverage and still run me $100 cheaper then Allstate. She helped me on a three way call to cancel and get a refund from allstate. The gal i spoke to was so rude she hung up on us, so we had to call allstate customer service and get my policy canceled and get my $ refunded. Shannon was there the entire time, step by step. If it wasnt for her I probably wouldnt have even switched to be honest. So if you have any questions or just want to switch I would call Shannon at the Kennewick, WA store.
