1 /5 Darlene: Adam Couto must have good days and extremely bad ones. Our experience with him was deplorable, a man who seemed to have extreme anger issues. He only accepts email correspondence and when returned are nothing more than sarcastic, unhelpful, incorrect information stating extremely unprofessional comments such as he missed out on meeting up with friends due to spending time with my husband and myself. We ruined his birthday and other extremely unprofessional, ridiculous emails. A 90 minute meeting is not excessive when signing up two people trying to understand the Medicare process for the first time. We cannot in any way recommend Adam Couto. Buyer Beware! Don’t waste your time with this unstable individual.

5 /5 LittleCunningPlan: I met with Adam over the phone to discuss my options as I begin to transition to Medicare. As a Boeing retiree, I had a retiree option but had concerns about the plan. Adam took the time to review the plan being offered, answered my questions about the advantage plan versus a Supplemental plan and was quite helpful in helping me decide to go with my retiree plan even though he would not benefit in any way from my decision. I found Adam friendly and easy to work with and would recommend his services to my friends. Do your homework ahead of time and ask lots of questions. I think you will find Adam Couto an excellent resource when navigating this important topic.

I truly feel like he puts the best interest of his clients first in navigating the complex world of health insurance and medicare, finding the plan with the best fit as well as saving money.
