1 /5 Billy Swift: BEWARE! just remember their name Save More , But when they have to pay out a total loss . They will not pay off your lien holder leaving you the money left owed for you to pay . Do you research before paying this company .

5 /5 Doc Tom: Very frustrated with my "current" insurance policy with poor service and toooooo many exclusions. We went to Delia for assistance and were VERY impressed with her professional response. We canceled our existing home & auto policies and made the change over to SafeCo & Delia. We highly recommend Delia and her outstanding service.

4 /5 Unknown Hmmm: We came from out of state. When we called I spoke to K.C. I gave her all of our information on our current policy. She was very professional and great customer service. She gave me a estimate quote. Told me to come in when we arrived in Washington. Then thats were it got interesting. I met with K.C at there office. Her attitude and customer service change. She explained Rudely, that people dont know they can see everything on there current insurance. That she base our original quote off what I told her. We had been with one insurance company over 18 years. 2 different insurance brokers. There was a claim we werent aware of. Apparently our last broker updated our insurance policy and he started it under a new policy we werent aware of that either. Our insurance showed we had only been with them for 4 years 3 claims. K.c told me what to do to get it fixed. However K.C made me feel like I lied to her. I really didnt want to go back. But I did. I told K.C to her face how she made us feel and we almost didnt come back. I got everything fixed. I paid a little more then I did with my last insurance company. She never apologized acted like she was in the right. When we purchased our house bought our new truck and combined our travel trailer. I worked with Brandy. My insurance drop a $500 and I save a $100 a month by doing so. Brandy was awesome very responsive and great customer service. I am very happy with this company even though it was a rough start. 4 stars for saving and Brandy . Dont care for K.C
