Heidi George After the most frustrating hold times where I thought I was losing my entire mind. I called this office out of last desperation and got through to a person who helped me find the right way to contact claims. I didn’t catch their name but they acted in kindness and generosity even though I am sure I sounded a wreck on the phone. They could have just hung up but didn’t. For that I am grateful.

I was able to ultimately save quite a bit of money especially on the automotive side when I switched over. Even better was the fact that Kayla got me higher coverage for less than what I was previously paying. Kayla was also able to get me a Farmers discount for my profession which is a huge plus. I truly appreciate being able to pick up the phone and speaking directly to either Kayla or Sharmeen. My previous agent was always hard to get ahold of.
