Brianna OKeefe Below was my original review....and while that review was true at the time it seem like they only care about NEW clients. I have been trying to get a hold of this branch for 2 months now with no answer back, I even went through the corporate office which sent a request for call back TWO WEEKS ago. Nothing. Once they get you to sign on the dotted line, they DO NOT CARE. I bet if I didnt make my payment they would care enough to call back. Getting the loan was quick and easy, everyone in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast to work with. When I called with a question, they were so nice and got back to me the same day like they said. I would recommend them if you are in a difficult spot to try them out!

Billie Chuck I had unfortunate, odd things happen with my account, and I had horrible horrible time getting my check released and I ended up finally everything being OK but there was one teller that went above and beyond exceptional customer service and was just a wonderful helpful person went way out of her way to help me and she’s absolute joy to talk with so if you need to open the account. Jennifer Hammond This was not my first time dealing with a debt collector unfortunately, but it was absolutely the best. This company is not your regular collection agency. The owner, Mark treated me and my case with compassion and understanding then ultimately, forgave it. These companies get a bad rap and Im here to say, they are not all the same. "The right thing to do is always the right thing to do" is a quote that was said to me and I will keep that with me always. Super grateful.

Daniel Connelly I SO wish I had chosen this company for my collection needs. I used another company over a year ago and have had nothing but delays, inconsistencies, errors, and lack of communication. I am not a customer who is emailing every week, but emailing back according to their request, and I am not even getting a reply at this point and have to call to talk to someone. However, I emailed Fast and Fair Collection Solutions for guidance and they replied FAST and with knowledge on my situation and honesty about their skillset. If I am not able to get my current garnishment company to work, I will contact Fast and Fair Collection Solutions!
