5 /5 Angelica Niverson: The online banking for Wheatland banks seems to always be having troubles which is irritating BUT the employees at the Moses Lake branch make up for that. Ive had accounts with them for a few years now and have met many different employees, each one kind and helpful. I bank with this bank because of them.

1 /5 Ricardo Hernandez: Didnt know I still had an account with them. I requested to close all of my accounts with them almost a decade ago. I was only made aware of this fact because the account went negative. I visited the branch today to find out that I was added as a joint owner on an account as a minor. I was not made aware of this fact when I asked to close ALL of my accounts. I spoke with the manager and he had an attitude with me that I shouldve known about the account since the joint owner had been using it all this time. Completely unwilling to help. He further said that for me to do anything about it I wouldve had to request to be removed from this account when I turned 18. An account that I didnt know that I had! I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
