My brother doesnt have my bank but it is a credit union. In Colorado. Hes had his account emptied more than once. He got it back after an investigation. Thats just wrong though. It makes me worry. Yakima Federal hasnt had any issues with. Me thankfully. I love how nice they are in the building. 5 star service.

TAYLOR ROICE Heres to the US Bank branch in CWU, and a huge thank-you to the US Bank associate named Lem. I experienced an online payment accounting error where I provided my checking account information but was charged from savings. No CWU employee in Student Accounts nor Cashiering could explain it nor hold themselves accountable, but Lem at this US branch went the extra mile and investigated the issue then resolved it. Glad to have a competent and attentive team up here in Ellensburg :D
