Conversion paperwork and paying the premium. I sent the paperwork, along with a check for 1 years premium. I then received a letter stating they did not receive my premium payment so they were denying my request for continuation of my policy. The problem is they actually cashed my check the day before the date of the letter! I called repeatedly, and when I finally spoke to a representative (Sophie) she explained that my payment had been applied to the wrong account, and that it was being corrected. Sophie stated she would let me know when the policy was in place. That was a month and a half ago, and I still havent heard back from them. I have since called and left 3 voicemail messages, and sent several email requests, but no response. My next call will be to the insurance commission to file a complaint! Definitely DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITHTHIS COMPANY!
